Operating within a large-scale manufacturing environment in Southland, this is a permanent opportunity offering excellent earning potential, long-term career security, and the chance to work on complex industrial plant and equipment in a safety-focused workplace. The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance Fault finding and diagnostics across industrial electrical systems Maintaining cranes, motors, drives and production equipment Supporting equipment reliability and plant performance Working collaboratively within a skilled maintenance team Mentoring apprentices and sharing technical knowledge where required About You To be successful you will have: Current New Zealand Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) practising licence, or an Australian equivalent. NZ Level 4 electrical trade qualification (or NZQA assessed equivalent) Strong industrial, manufacturing, mining or heavy process experience Advanced fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Experience working on large-scale production equipment Strong understanding of industrial health and safety systems, , isolation, risk assessments and safe work practices.
