Project Manager - Mechanical Services

What We're Looking For You'll need a strong understanding of project delivery within mechanical or building services environments, combining technical knowledge with commercial awareness, leadership and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Manage mechanical services projects from contract award through construction, commissioning and handover Plan and coordinate programmes, procurement, equipment, subcontractors and site delivery Manage project financials, forecasting, cost control, variations, reporting and contract administration Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors while leading project teams Maintain high standards across safety, quality, programme and commercial performance Proven experience delivering commercial mechanical services or HVAC projects is highly regarded. We're also interested in experienced Project Managers from related building services, engineering and construction backgrounds who have strong transferable skills. What's In It For You?
