Genesis is seeking two Enterprise Support Specialists (one permanent, one 12-month fixed-term) based in Auckland or Hamilton. You’ll support Genesis’ largest business customers, working with Sales, Pricing, Metering, Market, Switching and Customer Management teams to ensure a smooth, efficient experience across onboarding, transfers and invoicing.
