Health New Zealand in Dunedin Hospital is seeking a Social Worker for the Cancer Psychosocial Service within Southern Blood & Cancer. This permanent part-time role (0.8 FTE) provides social work assessments, interventions, and family support to patients and whānau. You will collaborate with the MDT to ensure safe care plans, advocate for vulnerable patients, and partner with community providers to deliver wrap-around supports.
