We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys balancing hands-on warehouse activities with leading and developing people. Monday to Friday role with work-life balance Job security within a well-established business Supportive and inclusive team culture Opportunity to lead and develop a close-knit team Ongoing training and professional development Optional Health insurance benefits Free on-site parking Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and motivate a team of approximately six warehouse team members Create a safe, positive and productive warehouse culture Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure customer requirements are achieved Drive inventory accuracy, warehouse organisation and process compliance Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities Ensure all safety procedures and equipment standards are maintained Support team development through training and ongoing mentoring Remain hands‑on and actively involved in warehouse activities About You Proven warehouse experience within a fast-paced environment Previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead and influence others Current forklift licence and confidence operating warehouse equipment Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach Commitment to workplace health and safety Experience with Reach Truck, Stock Picker, MPI requirements or Working at Heights would be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
