In aLossPrevention role, your key focus is minimising loss from all sources by: Identifying loss patterns Uncovering potential internal theft Identifying and deterring suspiciousbehaviour Being a health & safety champion Removing opportunities for theft Ensuring a safe and secure store environment. Our Hastings store is looking for someone to join the Loss Prevention team. This is a part time role, and will involve working Monday 10:30am 5:15pm, Tuesday 10:00am 4:30pm, Friday 10:00am 4:30pm, Saturday 10:00am 4:30pm and Sunday 10:00am 4:15pm. To be successful in a Loss Prevention role, you will: Have amazing communication skills,both written and oral Be confident and remain calm under pressure Becomfortablehandling situations of conflict that may occur Be willing to go the extra mile to help our customers Maintain the highest level of integrity and honest at all times.
