This is not an office-based sales role. You’ll be out meeting businesses, door knocking, prospecting and speaking directly with decision-makers. Your Core KPI $10K+ in new recurring revenue every month. You’ll own your territory and be responsible for: Face-to-face prospecting and door knocking Building your own sales pipeline Opening new commercial relationships Meeting business owners and senior decision-makers Presenting tailored cleaning solutions Quoting, negotiating and closing contracts Consistently exceeding revenue targets Quarterly Performance Structure We reward consistent performance , not one-off results.
