Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey. 12mth Fixed term salaried role with hybrid working Supportive and engaged team with full training provided 8am-4.30pm hours, Mon-Fri with carparking available We’re looking for an enthusiastic and technically capable ICT Customer Support Specialist to join a growing network support team. This is a frontline, customer-facing technical role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support while troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of ICT and networking issues. This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of ICT support experience who is passionate about technology, enjoys supporting customers to provide a high level of network solution. You’ll work within a collaborative and supportive team environment, delivering outstanding customer experiences while applying your technical expertise across networking, security, cloud services, and infrastructure technologies. What You’ll Be Doing: Providing first-line technical support to customers across a range of ICT services. Troubleshooting networking, connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues. Supporting firewall, switching, wireless, cloud, and identity management environments. Managing incidents, service requests, and escalations through established support processes. Communicating effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide timely resolutions.Collaborating with other technical teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Maintaining accurate documentation and support records. What we’re looking for: Broad understanding of ICT and networking technologies. Experience working with Palo Alto Firewalls, SCM, LAN technologies including switches and wireless networks and access points. Understanding of network design concepts and current security trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help people. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. The ability to manage conflict professionally and remain calm under pressure.
