Flame Bar and Grill – Queenstown, South Island Flame Bar & Grill isone of Queenstown’s most loved and iconic Steakhouse's. Our restaurant is located in the Steamer Wharf complex on the shores of Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown About the role The role includes: Use of commercial dish wash machines Basic maintenance Knowledge in handling chemicals Organised, clean, tidy and system orientated Responsible for keeping all back of house clean and organised Responsible for receiving deliveries from suppliers This is a physically demanding postion as we recieve deliveries by the pallet load Can work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment Available mornings and evenings, 5 day roster, full time position We are offering a minimum 30 hour contract. We would like a 6 month commitment to the job Experience is a similar busy restaurant environment is desirable but not required as full training will be provided.
