About The Opportunity It’s our pleasure to once again be partnering with MyHR, this time searching for a Senior ER Advisor. For over a decade, MyHR has supported a wide range of organisations with their ER needs, building a trusted brand across the market. As a Senior ER Advisor, you'll be joining a team that takes its work seriously, but not itself too seriously. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping customers navigate employment relations matters with confidence, while delivering exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities will include; Remote support with complex ER cases such as misconduct, performance management, termination processes, personal grievances and restructures. Complete all relevant documentation with high level of attention to detail. Coach ER Advisors and ER Associates. What You’ll Bring Role To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a level of maturity that will ensure an empathetic and humanistic experience. Your confidence will shine through your communication style, whilst also maintaining the ethos of “making it easy” when providing support and advice. Desired experience includes: A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex ER cases. Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and practical application. Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment where you can effectively prioritize and manage competing demands.
