If so, we'd love to hear from you. East Tamaki, Auckland | Full-time About Us Vast Print (WMS Print & Sign) is a well-established printing and signage company based in East Tamaki, Auckland. We're a small, close-knit team producing a wide variety of print and signage projects across the Auckland region using state-of-the-art printers and equipment. We're also expanding our online printing business through Epic Print , making this an exciting time to join our growing company. About the Role This is a varied, hands-on role that combines graphic design, prepress, and customer service . You'll work on a wide range of print and signage projects while communicating directly with customers and managing jobs from concept through to production. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer emails and phone enquiries Preparing artwork for print and production Designing a variety of marketing and signage materials Working on projects including: Flyers, brochures, menus and business cards Indoor and outdoor signage Vehicle signage and wraps Managing your own workload and meeting production deadlines Assisting with production and supporting the team when required We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, has excellent attention to detail, and genuinely enjoys helping customers. About You You are: Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills Well organised and able to prioritise multiple jobs Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, typography, and design Able to work independently while contributing positively to a small team Someone with a positive, "can-do" attitude who is always willing to learn Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you'll have: At least 2 years' experience in the printing and signage industry Strong knowledge of graphic design and prepress processes Excellent organisational and time management skills Experience communicating directly with clients High attention to detail and quality control A willingness to learn and operate printers, digital presses, and finishing equipment Confidence using Windows-based (PC) systems Fluent English (both written and spoken); Mandarin would be an advantage Eligibility Applicants must: Be currently living in New Zealand and available for an interview Be a New Zealand Citizen, New Zealand Resident, or hold a valid New Zealand Work Visa #J-18808-Ljbffr
