Esplanade pty ltd in Dunedin is seeking a Head Chef to lead The Esplanade's culinary direction and take ownership of food, kitchen team and day-to-day kitchen performance. You will work with our Group Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager and leadership team to maintain high food standards, develop the team and continually improve operations.
