One Picture is seeking an organised, practical Field Lead to own the day-to-day staffing, rostering and operational delivery of our fieldwork projects. You will coordinate recruitment and rostering to ensure coverage, monitor KPIs, and support field teams with proactive communication. This hands-on coordination role involves sourcing the right people, rostering them to shifts, monitoring attendance and KPIs, and maintaining quality, compliance and health and safety standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
