About the Role Responsibile for inpatient clients identified with moderate to severe disorders who are in the acute stage, requiring a period of close observation &/or intensive intervention where this is unable to be safely provided in the community. Invest in your clients and team and enjoy a well-established structure which contributes to achieving the best outcomes for our clients. Create comprehensive clinical assessments and development of recovery / treatment plans. Inpatient multidisciplinary team, use the “Strengths Model” approach to assist client recovery. The hospital provides secondary services to the district population of approximately 50,000 people, has 130 beds. About You You must be a New Zealand Registered Nurse with current APC Mental health experience would be advantageous.
