Full-time Pharmacist Position - Locums welcome to apply This role is suitable to both experienced and newly registered Pharmacists. Southmall Pharmacy is seeking a talented and dedicated Full-time Pharmacist to join our team in Manurewa Auckland. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacist to make a meaningful impact on patient health and wellbeing within a progressive healthcare organisation. In this full-time position, you will join us in contributing to our commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services to our diverse community. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and patients alike, bringing your expertise to every interaction and ensuring optimal outcomes. You will work in a large team of at least two other pharmacists, four technicians and two retail staff. Key responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practice standards Provide expert advice to patients regarding medications usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions Conduct comprehensive medication reviews to optimise patient therapy and identify potential issues Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to support patient care plans Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmacy legislation, regulations, and professional standards Provide all pharmacy services to a high standard Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advances in pharmaceutical practice Contribute to our positive and professional pharmacy environment that prioritises patient care and satisfaction. What we're looking for Current registration (APC) with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand as a pharmacist, without any conditions.
