You’re not managing interruptions or juggling multiple moving parts like a day shift. Instead, your focus is clear, resident wellbeing, proactive monitoring, and clinical judgement when it matters most. This role suits an RN who is confident working independently, enjoys a quieter environment, and values long-term structure.
