Aspire Nursery & Preschool – Wanaka, South Island Aspire Preschool Wanaka is seeking an outstanding, fully qualified ECE teacher with experience in early childhood and primary education to lead and oversee the delivery of our knowledge‑rich curriculum. You will drive high‑quality teaching practice, design well‑sequenced learning experiences, and lead intentional planning that strengthens early literacy and numeracy foundations within a play‑rich environment. Working closely with the centre manager, you will ensure our curriculum is structured, coherent, and robust while remaining responsive to children’s interests. This role suits an exceptional teacher with high standards, strong subject knowledge, and a commitment to excellence in early learning. As part of a team of four teachers, you will work with up to 35 children aged 3+ to school age, helping create a fun, creative environment with engaging play‑based learning experiences. You will support teachers, strengthen planning, and contribute to a positive, professional team culture.
