We are looking for a full-time Duty manager to work for our busy service station. At AMB TRADING LTD, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service at our service station in Auckland, New Zealand. As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations while leading a dedicated team. We are looking for an energetic individual with strong management skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction to help us achieve our goals. Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards. Manage staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures consistently. Conduct regular inspections of the facility for safety and cleanliness. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Team Management Supervise and train team members to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback regularly. Organize team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and achievements. Promote a culture of accountability and high standards among staff. Assist in managing inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profits. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth. Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile cash registers as needed. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with upper management on budgeting and financial planning. Qualifications and Skills New Zealand Level 2 or 3 qualification in business or management preferred ORMinimum one year of relevant work experience in a supervisory role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Availability to work weekends and public holidays is a must. Possession of a clean driver's license is required for this position. Compensation The hourly wage for this position ranges from $25 to $27.50, commensurate with experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
