EQUIP Recruitment – Wellington, North Island EQUIP People are looking for experienced Builders and Hammerhands to join our growing construction team across the Wellington and Kapiti regions. We have a variety of residential and commercial projects available, offering flexible work options and the opportunity to work with reputable construction companies. About the Roles You'll be working across a range of construction sites, assisting with general building duties, site tasks and supporting experienced trades teams to deliver quality work. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' building experience Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects Strong understanding of general building practices Reliable transport and a strong work ethic Ability to work safely and as part of a team Good communication skills and a positive attitude What's On Offer $28.00 - $34.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) Casual and ongoing assignments available Flexible work options to suit your availability Work across Wellington and Kapiti locations Weekly pay PPE provided Support from the EQUIP People team If you're an experienced Builder or Hammerhand looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
