The Opportunity This role offers the chance to provide experienced leadership in the accounts payable space, stepping into a position focused on team coordination and process stability alongside day-to-day transactional processing. The Company A stable organisation with established financial operations seeking to strengthen our accounts payable department. The Role Provide leadership to the Accounts Payable team with involvement in day-to-day processing Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including coordination of payments and queries Handle and resolve escalated issues efficiently while maintaining strong process controls Support the team during busy periods to ensure operational continuity Apply detailed knowledge of full-cycle AP processes and best practices Work with ERP systems to support accurate and timely financial operations Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve challenges Your Profile Demonstrated experience in a senior Accounts Payable or similar financial operations leadership role Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes and vendor management Proven ability to manage escalations and provide calm, effective leadership during peak times Familiarity with ERP systems Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills Candidates will need valid working rights for New Zealand Ready for your next challenge? #J-18808-Ljbffr
