Finance Administrator

Located at our office in Beaumont Street, Auckland Central, you'll report directly to the Manager - Centralised Finance.The focus of this role will be toassist in the end-to-end finance process for two of our Centralised Billing systems (General Broking & Insurance Underwriting) Not only are we looking for a great team player, but you'll be confident, proactive, have good numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail. You'll need to have excellent communication skills, love a fast-paced environment and are able to think on your feet. Key responsibilities for the role include: Bank reconciliations Monthly consolidation to Insurers and preparing bank payment schedules Month-end processing Assistance and preparation for internal and external audits Systems and financial queries. Processing of receipts and refunds Assisting with other finance team work as required Skills and Experience: Experience in processing financial transactions Experience in processing bank reconciliations Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite is essential Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail Ability to work to multiple deadlines A mature and strong work ethic eGlobal experience will be an added advantage NCEA qualification is a must & a tertiary qualification will be an advantage We believe that every candidate brings something special to the table, including you!
