Potentia is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join Christchurch's tech delivery team on a contract through to 30 June 2027, with an immediate start. This hands-on leadership role will guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape solution design and architecture, and keep delivery moving with developers, data specialists, and vendors. You’ll bring strong Databricks expertise including Delta Lake, PySpark, Unity Catalog, and ETL/ELT pipelines, plus CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub. #J-18808-Ljbffr
