Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey. .Field operations coordination role supporting customers, field teams, and contractors Coordinate jobs, invoicing, reconciliations, and day-to-day depot operations Temporary full-time opportunity based in Napier, with potential to go permanent We’re recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Field Operations Coordinator to join a busy operational team within a well-established organisation. This is a varied coordination role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping multiple moving parts on track. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, technicians, contractors, and local network providers, helping ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. About the Role Working closely with the Customer Delivery Team Leader, field staff, contractors, and customers, you’ll support the smooth day-to-day operation of the local depot. You’ll coordinate and monitor jobs from allocation through to completion, respond to customer queries, and ensure field teams have the information and resources they need to deliver against agreed targets. You’ll also provide important administrative support across invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations, stock allocation, and process documentation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and assign jobs to field staff and contractors Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure work is completed within required timeframes and KPIs Act as a first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and providing clear updates Liaise with field staff, contractors, and local network companies to resolve job-related issues Prepare invoices, create purchase orders, and support debt-management activities Complete monthly project reconciliations and batch preparation Provide stock allocation, general administration, and reception support Assist with user acceptance testing for system changes Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and operational procedures Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service delivery What You’ll Bring Experience in administration, scheduling, coordination, customer service, or operational support Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities A confident and customer-focused communication style Proven ability to build positive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems; experience with D365 or a similar ERP system would be advantageous An understanding of basic accounting principles, including invoicing and purchase orders The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn Why You’ll Love This Role Play an important role in keeping operational delivery running smoothly Enjoy a varied role with customer, coordination, systems, and administrative responsibilities Work closely with field teams and contractors to achieve practical outcomes Join a collaborative team that values innovation, delivery, and continuous improvement If you’re an organised coordinator who enjoys working with people and bringing structure to a busy operational environment, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
