You'll work closely with the Store and Assistant Manager, leading from the front on the shop floor, inspiring your team, and helping deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. What You'll Be Doing: Leading shifts and setting the standard on the sales floor Delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales results through active selling Supporting stock management, replenishment, and visual presentation standards Coaching and developing teammates through real-time feedback and support Building product knowledge and confidence across the team Creating a positive, high-performance culture where everyone can thrive Supporting the Store and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the stores Lead shifts and be hands‑on on the sales floor maintaining stock processes and service standards Drive active service to achieve sales and conversion targets Ensure the store is clean, full and game ready with refills and recovery standards. Coach teammates in the moment and build confidence Grow product knowledge across the team What we're looking for: Previous retail experience, ideally with some supervisory or leadership exposure A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for customer service A natural ability to motivate and support others Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn A love for sport, fitness, or performance lifestyle brands Ambition to grow into a future retail leadership role Why Join Us?
