Client Relationship Manager - NZ Mid-Market Acquisition Drive new customer acquisition across the New Zealand mid-market segment, building a healthy pipeline and converting qualified opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities across Lenovo's portfolio of hardware, software, solutions, and services. Apply a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach to understand customer needs, business drivers, and technology priorities. Build and nurture relationships at all organizational levels within prospective accounts, including executive and C-level stakeholders. Develop and execute territory and account acquisition plans that expand Lenovo's market presence and support revenue growth. Leverage Lenovo's channel ecosystem, including partners, distributors, resellers, and alliances, to increase market penetration and improve account coverage. Lead the development of proposals, RFP responses, business cases, and tailored solution presentations in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and customer business challenges to provide timely insights and differentiated recommendations. Skills & Experience Must-have Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account acquisition, or client management, preferably within the technology sector. Demonstrated success building new customer relationships and closing opportunities in mid-market or enterprise customer segments. Experience selling technology solutions such as devices, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, cloud, IoT, managed services, or professional services. Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, proposal, and presentation skills. Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into relevant technology solutions. Experience working with channel partners, distributors, resellers, vendors, or technology alliance ecosystems. Strong pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and CRM discipline. Professional written and verbal communication skills in English. Good-to-have Knowledge of the New Zealand or broader ANZ technology market. Exposure to public sector, local government, telecommunications, IT distribution, retail, or commercial customer segments. Experience preparing RFP responses and tailored executive-level solution presentations. Background in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, AI-enabled technology, endpoint solutions, or managed services. Experience building partner-led go-to-market plans or launching new sales channels.
