We are an international bilingual school offering the French curriculum, delivered in both French and English. We are seeking a Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator who will not only be the first point of contact for our school community but also provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school. Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties Provide a warm, professional welcome to students, parents, and visitors in person, via phone, or email. Respond to queries promptly and efficiently, directing calls or messages as required. Ensure the reception area reflects the school’s high standards and positive reputation. Administrative Support Assist with school enrolments, maintaining accurate digital and hardcopy records, and managing communication with new families. Support the preparation and distribution of school communications, documents, and schedules. Assist with ordering and managing supplies for staff and students. Provide administrative support to the Principal, Deputy Principal, teachers and staff, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and tracking key deadlines. Maintain and update school records, including staff and student sign-in/out logs and external contractor registers, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. Student Support Provide first aid care and record incidents, contacting parents or medical services as needed. Ensure students are cared for at all times, particularly at drop‑off and pick‑up, maintaining clear communication with families. Knowledge of the following tools is required/desirable: Pronote Oncord Enrolmy Key Attributes: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills in both French and English. Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor. High level of proficiency with administrative tools and software. Ability to work autonomously while supporting a diverse team. A commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and maintaining the school’s values.
