This role will see you Organising and executing civil construction contracts Be the first point of contact for all construction projects Manage client expectations and Health and Safety requirements Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the required company standard What we are looking for Contract Management experience within civil construction Experience in siteworks Strong technical knowledge A proven ability to lead and manage staff Experience setting up programs management plans and site documentation The ability to manage Health and Safety and QA onsite Financial experience managing projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with the teams on site, clients, subcontractors and stakeholders Customer-focused by taking pride in delivering good outcomes Self-motivated Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
