You will be responsible forsupporting the Maintenance Manager withcompletingday-to-day maintenance ofa number ofour residential homes around Auckland.You will be able to complete minor repairs and general maintenancework, andwill be abletoco-ordinate other repairs with relevant tradespeople.You candemonstratethat you are able to engage professionally withthemanagement team, landlords,clientsand other staff. What you will need to have: Workingbackground in tradesor building Hands-on experiencein general repairs and maintenance Strong work ethic andattention todetails Good communicationand problem-solving skills Knowledgeand commitment tohealth and safetypractices Commitmenttothe principles of Te Tiriti oWaitangi and tikanga Māori.
