As Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in UniMed’s Product Simplification Programme. This is a 12-month fixed-term role where you’ll help turn complex product and operational information into clear analysis, recommendations and implementation plans that support better Member outcomes. You’ll be doing: Working with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyse current processes and define clear, fit-for-purpose requirements. Supporting programme delivery by identifying risks, assessing business impacts and contributing to readiness, UAT and transition activities. Analysing products, benefits, renewal processes, administration practices and system rules to identify simplification opportunities. Preparing evidence-based recommendations that consider Member, commercial, operational, compliance and system impacts. Facilitating workshops and communicating complex product, process and technical information clearly to support decision-making. You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex change. You’ll combine strong analytical thinking with practical delivery experience, helping turn ambiguity into clear options, recommendations and outcomes. You’ll bring: At least seven years’ Business Analyst experience, ideally in transformation, insurance, financial services or product portfolio environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with experience assessing complex product, operational and customer impacts. Proven ability to develop business cases, investment proposals and recommendation papers for decision-making. Confidence working independently on complex analysis, while collaborating effectively with project teams, SMEs and business functions. Clear communication, facilitation and relationship management skills, with a results-focused and organised approach.
