We're looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to become a key part of our team. About the role This is a varied role that combines sales support, customer service, administration and showroom responsibilities. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play an important role in delivering a great customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale and after-sales support. Your responsibilities will include: Managing customer enquiries by phone, email and in person Following up quotes to help convert enquiries into sales Entering sales and orders accurately into our CRM system Keeping customer records up to date Assisting customers with showroom enquiries, parts and service requests Supporting stock ordering and monitoring inventory Helping prepare for and attend trade shows when required Assisting with general administration and showroom presentation Contributing ideas and content for our social media channels About you We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. You’ll ideally have: A positive, can-do attitude Excellent communication and phone skills Strong organisational and administration abilities Confidence using CRM systems and following sales processes A willingness to learn and contribute across different areas of the business Reliability and a strong work ethic Living in or near Helensville would be an advantage, making it easy to enjoy the benefits of a short commute and a better work-life balance.
