The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead high-end commercial interior design-and-build projects. This is an opportunity for someone to make their mark on prestigious projects while building lasting client relationships that drive our continued growth. What You'll Do Manage multiple commercial interior projects from concept through to completion. Lead construction phases with meticulous attention to detail, overcoming challenges through creative problem-solving, and maintaining clear documentation throughout. Leverage your procurement network to secure optimal outcomes. Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business. Coordinate with design, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. What You'll Bring Experience in commercial interior construction. Outstanding communication skills- both written and verbal. Project/site management excellencewith proven ability to handle competing priorities. Unwavering commitmentto delivering memorable outcomes that build our reputation. Strong documentation and organisational capabilities. Resilience and determination to overcome construction challenges. An adaptable, agile mindset, with the ability to manage evolving requirements and shifting priorities. Procore experience is advantageous.
