In this role you will secure and maintain all funding sources for the Trust, which includes the development and coordination of grants, donations, partnerships, and bequests. This role is about identifying opportunities, building relationships, securing funding pipelines and telling the story of our impact, to ensure that the people and organisations who support Te Whai feel valued and informed about the difference they can and do make. Key responsibilities Secure and maintain all funding sources for the Trust Development and coordination of grants, donations, partnerships, and bequests Identify funding opportunities Build relationships with funders and partners Develop and maintain funding pipelines Tell the story of the Trust's impact About you Leadership or relationship management experience Confidence in contributing and developing fundraising channels A warm, engaging, relationship-focused style Connections to the Mangawhai community Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and an eye for improvement A genuine passion for supporting community wellbeing Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi outcomes and culturally responsive inclusive practice About us Te Whai Community Trust is a hub of community connection and support in Mangawhai.
