We’re looking for a Service Manager to take ownership of our Ford Service operation in Rotorua. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for performance, people, and process across the workshop and parts department, with a clear focus on productivity, profitability, and customer experience. You’ll be walking into a functioning operation that needs tightening, structure, and consistent leadership to get the best out of it.
