Alignz Recruitment is seeking four motivated and skilled roading crew members to join a reputable civil construction team in Kaik?ura. These roles are part of a long-term roading maintenance contract, offering consistent work, strong team culture, and the potential for permanent employment. About the Role: As part of the roading maintenance crew, you will contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of essential civil infrastructure services in the Kaik?ura region. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks including but not limited to: Road repairs and maintenance Pavement and surfacing works Drainage and culvert work Operating machinery and equipment Traffic control and site safety General labouring duties as required This role will suit individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work in an outdoor environment and have a strong sense of pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
