Are you a highly experienced Architect or Architectural Designer looking to take the lead on diverse projects which include MOE, Commercial and Residential? We are seeking a talented professional to help our business transition. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of their projects. Key Requirements Experience: A minimum of 3 years after registration (for Architects) or equivalent experience for Architectural Designers that are currently aligned with a professional body ADNZ or NZIA for example. Software: Proficiency in Revit or Archicad is essential. Project Background: Proven experience across both commercial and residential projects is a must. Track Record: You must provide strong references and a portfolio demonstrating a recent, high-quality track record of architectural documentation to be considered.
