Ref: #1126745 About the Role We're looking for a motivated and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team in Hamilton. The position is permanent, fulltime on site. Supported by Regional Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, support the service team, and ensure customers receive high-quality service and repair work every time. Key Responsibilities Work with the Regional Branch Manager to ensure service work is completed efficiently, effectively, and on time Provide technical guidance and support to technicians both on-site and remotely Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high workmanship standards and reduce rework Support and mentor apprentices, helping them progress through their training and development Foster a positive team culture that promotes engagement, collaboration, and job satisfaction Lead by example in maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and safe work practices About You You have proven leadership skills and experience leading or mentoring others in a workshop environment You're a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic, with agricultural machinery experience highly regarded You're an effective communicator with strong customer service skills You hold a current driver's licence You're comfortable using computer systems and have solid administration and organisational skills You have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others succeed Why join Landpower | CLAAS Harvest Centre At Landpower, we're committed to helping our people build rewarding careers.
