We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Fresh Foods Manager to lead and grow our Service Deli, Bakery, Butchery, Produce and Seafood departments. Fresh is a huge focus for us. We're looking for someone who loves food, loves retail and can lead a team to deliver great products, full displays and strong results every day. What you'll do Lead, motivate and develop our Fresh Foods team Drive sales, GP, wages, waste and department performance Ensure our fresh departments are full, fresh and looking outstanding Manage ordering, stock levels, availability and inventory Maintain exceptional food safety and operational standards Identify opportunities to grow our fresh offering and increase sales Deliver an awesome customer experience Be hands-on and lead from the front What we're looking for Supermarket, fresh foods, hospitality or food retail experience Strong leadership and communication skills A commercial and data-driven mindset Confidence managing sales, margins, wages and waste Great merchandising and attention to detail crucial Someone organised, proactive and not afraid to get stuck in A genuine passion for food, people and retail Why Otaika Four Square?
