Role Supporting this busy People & Culture team in a generalist Business Partner contract, this piece of work is available due to other key Business Partners working in the roll out of their new Workday platform within the business. They need help at the BP level work to keep them on top of their BAU. You’ll be the trusted go-to for your client group across the full employee lifecycle — with a dose of employee relations mixed in. Your duties will consist of: Partnering with leaders on all things people — from performance and capability through to organisational change Providing sound, pragmatic ER advice and managing case work Coaching and upskilling Supporting workforce planning for your business area Contributing to broader P&C projects and initiatives across the business You Would have solid generalist HR Business Partner experience Ideally within a large or complex organisation Enjoy rolling your sleeves up to get amongst it ER knowledge and experience managing conversations and case work Excellent relationship-building skills, with the credibility to influence at all levels Sound understanding of NZ employment legislation Available to start in October and commit to the end of March 2027 Ultimately this role is about bringing energy, sound judgement, and a genuine partnering mindset to a team that will back you every step of the way. #J-18808-Ljbffr
