Health New Zealand is seeking an Occupational Therapist Case Manager for the Rural Adult Community Mental Health Team in Canterbury. This permanent part-time role (0.6FTE) involves caseload management, OT assessments, and collaboration with an MDT to support tāngata whaiora in the community across Kaikoura to the north and the Rakaia River to the south.
