TBT Property Management is seeking an energetic, highly organized person for a career in property management in Auckland. Full training will be provided and the role emphasizes communication, administration, time management and multi-tasking under pressure. You will draft tenancy contracts, prepare rental appraisals, coordinate maintenance, arrange inspections, and share tenant reports with landlords.
