Hours of work: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday About the role: Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? Radius Care is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead clinical services and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in aged care by providing leadership, guidance, and support to our nursing team. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for clinical leadership and management within the facility, working closely with the Facility Manager to ensure compliance, quality care, and a person-centered approach. You will mentor and support nursing staff, maintain audit readiness, and foster a positive team culture. What you'll be doing Provide clinical leadership and ensure best practice standards are consistently delivered. Manage and support nursing staff through education, mentoring, and performance reviews. Ensure quality and compliance with Health & Disability Sector Standards and Radius policies. Prepare for and support internal and external audits to maintain certification standards. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external health professionals. Oversee health and safety practices, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff. Why Join Us?
