The Remarkables ski area have an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Electrician with a love of the outdoors. The ideal candidate will be confident in working on a variety of electrical equipment. Electrical work might be your main task, but you may also be asked to assist with general maintenance duties as and when required. About You The ability to diagnose faults under pressure A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to innovate and implement ideas that will enhance our operation. Willing to teach or train other team members where applicable A positive appreciation of safety in the workplace A willingness to be flexible with hours of work Skills and Qualifications A current NZ Electrical certification and practising license A minimum of 2years' experience as a qualified electrician with knowledge of AC & DC drives, Control Systems, PLC's and Industrial Electrics A full NZ driver's license. HT licence would be advantageous. Working four days a week across a seven-day operation.
