We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to be part of our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and is passionate about leading a team to deliver exceptional care. This is a permanent part time position for 6-7 shifts per fortnight (48-56 hours). Shifts are based on a 24-hour roster with weekend work required, AM, PM and night shift, so flexibility is essential. You will use your nursing and people skills to: Lead and support a team of healthcare assistants. Ensure high standards of clinical care and resident wellbeing Act as the key decision-maker and point of contact for families, staff, and allied health professionals Contribute to care planning, assessments, and documentation. Foster a positive team culture and mentor junior staff. Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families. Wound care and medication management.
