Join us at IBIS Technology , where we empower tourism businesses with smart, intuitive software. We’re looking for a Customer Implementation & Support Specialist to join our Queenstown-based team. This isn’t your typical IT support role — we’re after someone who’s great with people, understands the tourism industry, and enjoys making systems work better for everyone. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday onsite at our Queenstown HQ. This is not a remote position although there is some flexibility to work from home once training is complete for 1 day per week. On-call support required 1 in every 5–6 weekends (after 2–3 months of onboarding) You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. What You’ll Be Doing Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries via phone, email, and remote support Onboard and train new customers on the IBIS system Configure systems and support integrations (e.g. finance tools) Build long-term relationships with tourism operators across NZ Create helpful documentation and contribute to product improvements Support sales enquiries and upsell where appropriate What You Bring REQUIRED: Experience with IBIS or similar systems Experience in customer-facing roles (tourism, wellness or hospitality) Tech-savvy and confident using Windows/Microsoft systems Excellent communication skills – written and verbal A proactive, problem-solving mindset BONUS POINTS: Accounting experience, particularly in a tourism business Why Work With Us?
