Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Factory Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of their manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, customer service, and workplace health and safety.
