Jora New Zealand seeks an energetic production professional to lead equipment improvement, standardisation, and loss elimination initiatives. You will analyse process data to identify root causes and implement improvements, owning centre-lining, line settings, recipes, and process standards. You will train and coach Operators and Engineers in equipment operation and process changes while supporting Dan-IWS, Daily Management Systems, and continuous improvement activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
