You'll help bring bespoke itineraries to life - from the initial concept through to seamless delivery. Your day-to-day will include: Assisting with itinerary design and file management Coordinating with clients, agents, and premium suppliers Ensuring every detail is accurate, polished, and on brand About You Passionate about travel within New Zealand Customer-focused with a warm, professional communication style Detail-driven, resilient, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks Organised, proactive, and eager to learn Confident with computers and administration Able to work independently and collaboratively This role is based in Parnell, Auckland.
