Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams through coaching, leadership development, employee engagement, and performance support. Develop organisational capability by identifying development opportunities and implementing learning programmes that strengthen leadership and future talent pipelines. Enhance the employee experience through initiatives across onboarding, engagement, inclusion, diversity, wellbeing, and performance. Lead change and organisational development, providing advice on workforce planning, organisational design, restructures, and business transformation. Drive talent and succession planning to ensure critical roles are identified and future capability needs are met. Provide expert employment relations guidance, supporting leaders to navigate complex people matters confidently and fairly. Leverage people data and insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and improve business outcomes. Oversee remuneration and reward practices, contributing to equitable and competitive people strategies. Lead the People & Performance function, developing your team while championing safety, wellbeing, and inclusion What you'll bring Significant senior HR or People & Performance experience Strong employment relations and employment law expertise Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes A track record of leading change and developing organisational capability Relevant tertiary qualification A collaborative, empathetic, and commercially minded approach If you're someone who enjoys bringing people together, building capability, and creating environments where individuals and teams can flourish, we'd love to hear from you.
