Multi-Channel Sales Merchandiser & Taster Full Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Merchandiser & Taster to join our team at Hancocks Family Merchants in the Hawke's Bay. This is a full-time role that will play a key part in driving our retail strategy through effective sales, merchandising and product promotion. What you'll be doing Develop and execute impactful in-store merchandising to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Liaise with customers to coordinate product tastings, sampling, relays and other promotional activities. Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to in-store customers. Maintain a regular and timely call cycle to support the Regional Account Manager. Instore compliance checks & stock management. Full time (40 hours) Monday to Saturday with hours structured depending on the needs of the business. Merchandising with tastings generally Friday and Saturday between 2pm and 6pm. What we're looking for Experience in building strong relationships with both our customers and consumers. Outgoing, lively disposition with excellent communication skills. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organised, reliable and honest. Enthusiasm to develop category & product knowledge.
