Part-Time Registered Nurse | Surgical Skills Registered Nurse - Minor Surgical Procedures 8-10 hours per week Molecheck Auckland is seeking an experienced surgical nurse to support our doctors with the delivery of surgical services. The anticipated hours of work are 6 hours on a Tuesday (8.30am to 3pm) and 4 hours (12pm to 4.30pm) on a Thursday. Flexibility to cover other days as required is desirable. Skills and Experience Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a general practice or surgical environment, supporting doctors with minor procedures. Experience in reprocessing medical equipment desirable Sound understanding of infection control principles and continuous quality improvement systems and processes. Competency in utilising Indici or alternative patient management system, desirable. Able to work collaboratively and prioritise workload within a busy work environment. Adaptable and flexible in approach to meet the changing needs of the team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
